Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the Eightmo app provided by Corza LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The applicable app store terms also apply where relevant.

2. Service

Eightmo is a tool for playing a video selected by the user on their device and practicing with ranges, speed, repetitions, countdowns, and related controls. Features, supported environments, and delivery methods may change as the app improves or operations require.

3. Videos and your rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permission needed to use videos and other material with Eightmo. Loading a video into Eightmo does not transfer ownership or rights in that material to us.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Eightmo in violation of law or third-party rights; access or interfere with the app or delivery systems without authorization; improperly bypass technical restrictions; impersonate another person; or otherwise undermine safe operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the Eightmo app, design, name, logo, and documentation belong to us or their lawful owners. Rights in videos and other material owned by you remain with you or the applicable rights holder.

6. Your data management

App data is stored locally. You are responsible for managing your device, preserving any source video you need, and using the app’s deletion controls. Removing Eightmo data does not delete the original video. Keep source material you need against device failure, OS actions, backup changes, or other data loss.

7. Changes and interruption

We may change or interrupt some or all functionality for maintenance, security, technical issues, changes in law or platform requirements, or events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect where practicable.

8. Warranties and responsibility

We do not promise that Eightmo will suit every purpose, device, or video format, or operate without interruption or error at all times. Where we are responsible, the extent of that responsibility is determined by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit user rights or our liability where the law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when features or operations change. We will describe material changes on this page or through another appropriate notice and update the effective date.
